Lawsuit: tenant housed with an accused serial killer
Common Living, the company that first ran The Reserve, is being sued by a tenant at one of its Los Angeles buildings. The lawsuit says Common placed him with a roommate later charged with multiple murders, that he asked for help and got no response, and that police briefly handcuffed him on the day of the roommate's arrest.
